Revolution Program Details – Pricing and Initial Deposit

The following information applies to all teams!

It is a summary of the different components of our travel program, including winter workouts, and spring (13u, 14u only) and summer seasons.

Winter Workouts

Our winter workouts will begin in January (depending on level of play). They will include the following:

    • 1x / week fielding session, speed mechanics and throwing drills with long toss (2 hours)
    • 1x / week team hitting session (1.5 hours)
    • 2x / week strength training (2-2.5 hours, program will also include training in speed mechanics and athleticism training)
      • If approved, you can participate in our more advanced strength training programs which can be up to 5x / week

With respect to RPP’s other player development programs, you can participate at a 40% price reduction in those programs, but you will need to register separately.  These programs are in semi-private settings and more customized to the player’s individual needs.

Spring Season (13u and 14u only)

Spring season is for 6th, 7th and 8th graders only! It will consist of tournaments and games which will be played in April and May, along with a weekly team practices and in-season strength training (which is optional with an incremental cost).

    • 1x / week team practice
    • 2x / week in-season strength training (highly recommended but optional with an incremental cost)
    • 4 local / regional tournaments (Perfect Game, Diamond Nation, USABL and other quality events)
    • We do not compete in leagues

Summer Season (all teams)

Summer season will run from early June to late July / early August. We plan to play several games per week.  This includes weekend tournaments or double headers and whenever possible a weekday game.

For non-tournament weekends, we will either have practices or arrange for independent games against quality teams.  The season will also include team practices and in-season strength training (once again highly recommended by optional with an incremental cost).

    • 1-2x / week team practice and / or games
    • 2x / week in-season training (optional with an incremental cost)
    • 5-6 local and regional, and national tournaments (for National teams)
      • Perfect Game, Diamond Nation, among others
      • No Leagues

Some travel programs like to break of the expense into several pieces in order to hide the full cost.  Ours is an all inclusive price for the program at $4,800 (excluding team uniforms which will be billed separately, est. $350 and optional in-season training for spring and summer).

There is an initial deposit of $800 to secure your spot, followed by 8 monthly recurring payments of $500 from November through June to cover the remainder of the team fee.  Please complete the deposit form below to secure your spot.

LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE FORM
THIS IS A RELEASE OF LEGAL RIGHTS (READ AND UNDERSTAND BEFORE SIGNING)
I hereby certify that I am the athlete (or the parent / guardian of the athlete, a minor child under the age of eighteen years) that is the signatory to this agreement.
I understand and acknowledge that I am fully aware of and assume any and all the risks (including but not limited to the risk of serious bodily injury, property loss or damage) associated with participation in Activities (as defined below) at Rockland Peak Performance Inc. (“RPP”) or on a remote basis working with RPP’s programming and / or suggestions and recommendations. I understand that certain Activities can be strenuous and subject to risk of serious injury and acknowledge that I have been hereby advised to obtain a physical examination and further understand and that RPP shall have no responsibility to pay for medical treatment, related costs or any other costs arising from such Activities if I get injured in any way. I further understand and agree that RPP supplies and sells training equipment on as “as is” basis, and that RPP disclaims all warranties, express or implied, for any particular use or purpose.
Knowing the risks described above, I agree to assume all the risks and responsibilities surrounding my participation in such Activities to be provided by RPP, even when performed on a remote basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, I hold harmless and agree to indemnify RPP, its officers, directors, faculty, staff, volunteers, employees and agents, from and against any present or future claim, cause of action, loss or liability for injury to person or property, which I may suffer or may be liable to any other person, related to my participation in Activities at RPP or on a remote basis, resulting from any cause whatsoever, and regardless of fault.
Activities include, without limitation, 1) participation in any and all strength and conditioning, throwing, pitching and hitting programs provided by RPP to be performed at RPP or on a remote basis, 2) use of all amenities and equipment in the facility and participation in any activity, class, program, personal training or instruction, 3) the sudden and unforeseen malfunctioning of any equipment, 4) our instruction, training, supervision, or dietary recommendations, 5) slipping and/or falling while in the building, or on the premises, including adjacent sidewalks and parking areas, 6) contact with other participants and coaches, 7) the effects of the weather, including high heat and/or humidity, and all other such risks being known and appreciated by me in person or on a remote basis through online access with RPP, and 8) any all activities in-house or outside the facility related to playing baseball for the Revolution Baseball Travel Program which is sponsored by RPP.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO RELEASE AND WAIVER AGREEMENT
I also hereby grant permission to RPP, its officers, shareholders, employees, agents, representatives, contractors, licensees, and assigns to use any photograph or video of my image, likeness, or depiction for any promotional purposes on any form of media. I further grant RPP the right to edit, crop, or retouch such photographs or videos and waive any right to inspect the final photographs or videos.
I hereby consent and authorize on a perpetual basis the use of such photographs and videos of me to be used by RPP worldwide for any purpose including, but not limited to educational, training, advertisement, social media, and promotion and selling purposes, and in any medium including, but not limited to, print and electronic. I understand that RPP may use the photographs and videos with or without associating any names thereto. I further waive any claim for further compensation of any kind by me for RPP's use or publication, sale, or sharing with any third party of any such photographs and videos.
I hereby fully and perpetually discharge and release RPP from any claim for damages of any kind including, but not limited to invasion of privacy, defamation, slander, misappropriation of name, likeness, or image, arising out of the use or publication of photographs or videos of me by RPP and covenant and agree not to bring any legal action in any manner or in any forum against RPP. I understand that all grants, consents, waivers, authorizations, covenants, and understandings contained within this document are irrevocable.
I have carefully read and freely signed this Liability Waiver and Release Form. I understand and agree that no oral or written representations can or will alter the contents of this document. I further understand that I am signing a complete release from any and all claims resulting from my participation in any of RPP’s programs whether in-person at RPP or on a remote basis. I agree that this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey (excluding its conflict of laws principles).
In any sport, proper code conduct is paramount. This applies to everyone, players, parents and coaches. Please note that Revolution reserves the right to "release" any player / parent or coach from the team for poor sportsmanship during practices or games or for other reasons, including but not limited to lack of cooperation, poor attitude, lack of commitment, overall effort and contribution or attendance.
In the event of a "release" from the team due to non-compliance of the Code of Conduct there will be no refunds or credits of any kind on the team fee or any payments made.
Revolution Player Code of Conduct…
Players are expected to follow the guidelines set forth below.
Players are committed to the Revolution Travel Program for the duration of the spring and summer season (as applicable). You are not allowed to be on another team’s roster unless you have obtained pre-approval from Revolution and your participation does not impact the team.
Players will refrain from unsportsmanlike gestures, talk, language, or profanity. Taunting players from the opposing team is not acceptable.
Players will show respect towards the umpires and their decisions. All decisions made by the umpires are to be accepted as final.
Players will behave appropriately. Throwing bats, helmets, gloves or any objects are not acceptable at any time.
Players will respect coach's decision regarding playing positions and playing time.
Players will wear clean uniforms with belts on.
Players will wear baseball hats with the cap facing forward at all times.
Players will keep jerseys tucked in at all times.
Parent Code of Conduct…
Parents will bring their young athletes to practice and games on time.
Parents will help guide their young athletes towards good sportsmanship in every game.
Parents will speak positively to all other teams, coaches, and programs.
Parents will accept the umpire’s decision as final.
Parents will accept the coaches’ decision regarding playing positions and the amount of playing time.
Parents will not give instruction to the young athletes during practices or games.
Parents will refrain from entering the dugout or other team specific areas.
